AUTOMATION OF VENTILATION SYSTEMS

One of the main areas of EL-Piast's activity is the automation of ventilation systems. We deal with the selection, production and assembly of automation of ventilation systems. We provide solutions for both domestic ventilation systems (offices, hospitals, production halls, garages, and others) as well as fire ventilation (smoke extraction, aeration).

In ventilation solutions we use equipment from widely recognized manufacturers:

Nenutec – actuators of dampers and valves, valves, hygrostats

HK Instruments – pressure switches

Danfoss – frequency inverters, antifreeze thermostats

LS Industrial Systems / LG – frequency converters

EL-Piast – freely programmable PLCs, expansion modules, HMI controllers, speed controllers, temperature sensors, differential pressure transmitters, humidity and temperature transmitters

In order to meet the growing demand for automation and control systems manufactured by us, in 2011 we launched a modern hall, where we operate around two production divisions:

non-standard systems

As part of the production of standardized products, we make over a thousand control cabinets for air handling units, pump systems and power engineering. Our customers include leading companies in the industry, m.in: VTS, Klimor, Dospel, VentiAir, ALLTS, INWAP.

Our offer is complemented by a dynamically developing department for the implementation of non-standard solutions. Many years of experience in the field of industrial automation allows us to design control systems for air conditioning based on customer guidelines. An individual approach to each project guarantees our customers optimization of project costs and guarantees the functionality and reliability of the systems provided. A rich database of suppliers of modular equipment and field devices allows our customers to choose projects tailored to their own needs and financial capabilities.
